Northeast Security is actively hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Supervisor positions across all shifts.

We are currently hiring Security Officers throughout Boston and surrounding areas.

Join us for an in-person hiring event at our corporate office.

Interviews will be conducted in 15-minute time slots and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Interview Requirements:

• Business casual attire (no sneakers, sweatpants, hoodies, etc.)
• Updated resume
• Two forms of I-9 identification ( Driver's License and a Social Security Card)
• Proof of education (Diploma, GED, etc.)
• Ability to pass an on-site drug screening and 10-year CORI background check

Arrival Instructions:

Minimum Security Officer Requirements:  

• 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
• Previous security or supervisor experience, or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance
• Dependable means of transportation
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Successfully pass criminal background screenings
• Successfully pass drug screening
• Strong professionalism
• Career orientated
• Strong Leadership skills

Security Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Operation of mobile unit to monitor the exterior premises.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
• Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
