Position Overview

The Foot Patrol Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within residential communities. This position requires high visibility, strong situational awareness, and professional interaction with residents, guests, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols throughout the residential property
• Monitor common areas, parking structures, stairwells, and perimeter access points
• Enforce community rules and property policies
• Observe and report suspicious or unusual activity
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, disturbances, and emergencies
• Maintain detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Coordinate with property management and CGSS supervisors as needed
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining authority

Qualifications

• Valid Guard Card
• Previous residential security experience preferred
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
