Position Overview

The Lobby Security Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for residents, tenants, guests, and vendors. This position combines security presence with high-level customer service in a professional commercial or residential setting. The Ambassador maintains a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring access control, policy enforcement, and overall safety of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, tenants, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain a visible security presence
• Manage access control and verify credentials
• Issue visitor passes and maintain sign-in logs
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances
• Enforce building policies and property rules
• Communicate effectively with property management and CGSS supervisors
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports

Qualifications

• Valid Guard Card (if required by state)
• Prior security or front desk experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
