Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol Duties:
• • Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of the entire property including parking lots, storefronts, and common areas.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity, vandalism, theft, and safety hazards.
  • Ensure doors, gates, and access points are properly secured.
• Customer & Tenant Assistance:
• • Greet shoppers and tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide directions or assistance to visitors as needed.
  • Serve as a visible deterrent to criminal or disruptive behavior.
• Incident Response & Reporting:
• • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and calls for service.
  • De-escalate conflicts and manage incidents calmly and effectively.
  • Write detailed, accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Surveillance Monitoring:
• • Monitor CCTV systems, if applicable.
  • Report and log any irregularities or maintenance concerns.
• Policy Enforcement:
• • Enforce property rules and local regulations.
  • Address unauthorized loitering, solicitation, or overnight parking.
