- Sunday 8am - 4pm

Position Overview: United Protective Services is hiring a part-time officer for a high-rise office building. This role is centered around being present in the lobby, keeping an eye on activity, and completing building patrols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show up on time and ready to work in proper uniform• Acknowledge visitors and employees in a polite and professional way• Walk the property to check different areas• Watch for anything out of place and report concerns as they come up• Respond to incidents or alarms following site instructions• Look into accidents or disturbances and document what happened• Keep daily logs and reports clear and up to date• Stay in contact with the site supervisor regarding any issues•

Required Qualification:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach• Ability to stay focused in a office setting with changing activity levels• Ability to follow directions and site procedures• Reliable attendance and punctuality• Previous security or customer service experience is helpful

Additional details:

• Must be able to stay calm and respond appropriately during emergencies• Work may take place both indoors and outdoors depending on the situation, but you will primarily be indoors.
