Position Responsibilities

Our Officers are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Control access at the truck gate for all commercial vehicles
• Verify driver identification, credentials, and delivery documentation
• Confirm shipment details against approved schedules or manifests
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and cargo areas when applicable
• Direct drivers to designated loading, unloading, or staging areas
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle entries, exits, and incidents
• Enforce site security policies and safety procedures
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies at the gate
• Communicate effectively with site operations, shipping/receiving, and security leadership
