About the Role

As a General Manager with Prosegur, you will lead the financial, operational, and commercial performance of an assigned market or portfolio of client accounts. This position is responsible for driving profitability, delivering exceptional client service, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams while supporting business growth.

The General Manager maintains accountability for profit and loss (P&L), contract performance, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and client retention. Working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional partners, this role develops and executes business strategies that strengthen operational efficiency, improve financial results, and support long-term client partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven business leader with strong financial acumen, a commercial mindset, and demonstrated success managing complex operations. The ability to balance client expectations, employee engagement, operational performance, and business growth is essential to success in this role.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide concierge-style service to private aviation clients, guests, and visitors while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and secure environment.
• Monitor and control access to designated airport facilities, secured areas, and restricted locations.
• Verify identification and access credentials, maintain accurate visitor entry and exit records, and ensure compliance with established security procedures.
• Control access at designated entry points, including managing visitor sign-in and sign-out logs, verifying identification badges, and issuing temporary credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor pedestrian and vehicle entry points to identify unauthorized access attempts and potential security concerns.
• Conduct authorized inspections of vehicles, identification documents, and access credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity and support airport safety.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, security violations, safety hazards, and potential threats.
• Monitor surveillance systems, access control equipment, and security communication devices as assigned.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required security documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, airport personnel, client representatives, and emergency responders.
• Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations, incident escalation, and coordination with airport security personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information, security procedures, and airport access credentials.

Experience & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must possess and maintain all required state-issued security officer licenses, registrations, or certifications, as applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security credentials, badges, and access authorizations.
• Previous security, private aviation, hospitality, concierge services, access control, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with private aviation clients, executives, guests, and visitors.
• Knowledge of basic security procedures, visitor management, access control, emergency response, and conflict de-escalation techniques.
• Ability to verify identification, follow detailed security procedures, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate visitor management systems, access control equipment, and electronic reporting tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform assigned access control duties for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in a client-facing environment.
