About the Role:

City Safe Partners is looking for an experienced, dependable Site Supervisor to lead our security team at a designated client site in the BRONX New York.

You’ll be the point person on the ground: making sure officers are prepared, posts are covered, policies are followed, and our clients receive the professional, consistent service City Safe Partners is known for.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security officers at the assigned site: assign posts and tasks, monitor performance, and maintain discipline
• Enforce security programs and ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and client requirements
• Conduct regular inspections of officers, posts, field locations, and equipment to confirm operational readiness
• Respond to and manage incidents: support officers during serious or unusual events, address minor policy violations, and coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff, including on-the-job training, corrective action, and performance reviews
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident logs, daily activity reports, training records, and compliance documentation
• Serve as liaison between site staff, CSP operations management, client representatives, and outside agencies on security matters
• Qualifications
• Several years of security experience, including prior experience as a supervisor or lead officer
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
• Valid NYS Security Guard License (required)
• FDNY F-80 Certificate of Fitness
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Working knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
