Schedule: availability Wednesday-Sunday 

Times available (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Job Summary: Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking dependable Multi-Shift Security Officers to provide coverage at multiple client locations as needed. Officers will help maintain a safe and secure environment by performing patrols, monitoring premises, and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities:

• They must fill in sudden staffing gaps caused by callouts, illness, or vacant shifts to ensure we never lack security coverage.
• They must quickly be able to learn new site layouts, operational protocols, and emergency procedures across different client locations.
• No guarantees of hours.
• Must be able to travel surrounding areas (Richmond, Henrico, North Chesterfield, Chester, Petersburg)
• Must have DCJS and a good driving record 

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and travel between locations
• Prior security experience
