Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a friendly, polished, and professional Security Officer for a beautiful Class A commercial property in Culver City, near Equinox.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing position where personality, presentation, and professionalism matter.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in their appearance, and knows how to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.

Schedule & Pay

Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday – Thursday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

20 Hours Per Week | $21.00 Per Hour

What You'll Do

• Greet and acknowledge tenants, guests, and visitors
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
• Maintain a professional and welcoming security presence
• Monitor access and remain aware of activity around the property
• Conduct patrols and respond to security concerns
• Communicate effectively with building management and the security team
