We are looking for a candidate to join our team who can assist in monitoring the premises and protect our staff, visitors and tenants. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a security officer or guard and will have quick reaction time in the event any suspicious or criminal activity is detected.

SCHEDULE: Mon, Tues, Thurs., Fri - 2:45 pm to 10:45 pm | Wed - 1:45 pm - 9:45 pm

• Observe/monitor property to detect theft, unauthorized access or suspicious activity while following gatehouse policies and procedures.
• Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols
• Patrol premises and scan checkpoints during rover
• Monitor security system for any suspicious activity and report.
• Be polite in communications with staff, visitors, etc.
• Ability to be on time
• Other duties as assigned
