Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring an experienced Security Post Commander for a busy, high-profile property in Los Angeles.

We're looking for a seasoned security professional who knows how to lead a team, maintain control of an active property, and keep operations running smoothly.

This is not a position for someone who simply wants a supervisory title. We need a hands-on leader who sets the standard, holds officers accountable, communicates effectively, and knows how to handle challenging situations professionally.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily security operations and supervise assigned officers
• Conduct post inspections, patrols, and performance checks
• Oversee access control, visitor management, and property procedures
• Manage incidents, emergencies, and challenging interactions
• Communicate directly with clients, management, and field supervisors
• Ensure accurate reporting, professional appearance, and post compliance
• Maintain a strong security presence while delivering excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of security leadership experience required
• Previous Post Commander, Security Supervisor, or Security Manager experience
• Active California Guard Card
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing security teams at busy commercial or high-profile properties
• Ability to handle difficult personalities and enforce policies professionally
• Comfortable working with a hands-on management team
• Reliable, professional, and committed to long-term success

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $24.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts: Day, Swing, and Graveyard availability
