EMT Security Officer – Flex / On-Call

Cochise County, AZ | $22.75 per hour | Flexible Coverage Assignments

We're looking for a dependable, adaptable EMT Security Officer to provide unarmed security and emergency medical support at assignments throughout Cochise County.

This unique opportunity is ideal for someone who holds a current EMT certification and an active Arizona Unarmed Guard Card and is looking for flexible, on-call work that puts both skill sets to use.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional, unarmed security services based on assignment needs
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide care within your EMT training and certification
• Conduct foot and/or mobile patrols as assigned
• Maintain a visible security presence to promote a safe environment
• Document incidents, activities, and observations in clear, accurate reports
• Coordinate with emergency responders when needed
• Follow all company and client safety procedures

What You'll Need

• Current EMT certification — required
• Active Arizona Unarmed Guard Card — required
• Previous security experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to complete accurate reports
• The ability to remain calm, professional, and safety-focused in high-pressure situations

Schedule & Availability

• On-call / flex position with hours that vary based on coverage needs
• Must be available to work all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
• Flexibility and dependability are essential for this role
