SECURITY OFFICERS

$19.00/hour | Sheboygan, WI | Part-Time

WISCONSIN GUARD CARD

$350 SIGN-ON BONUS

Candidates who already have an active Wisconsin Guard Permit are eligible for a $350 sign-on bonus; $200 paid after the first 90 days of employment, then an additional $150 after the next 90 days, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing.

We are currently hiring dependable and professional Security Officers for a large industrial facility in Sheboygan.

Available schedules:

• Part-Time- Saturday & Sunday 9:30 am -9:30 pm
• Part-Time- Friday & Saturday 9:30 pm - 9:30 am

What You'll Do

As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor facility entrances and access points
• Verify credentials and authorize entry
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
• Monitor and respond to security concerns
• Complete activity and incident reports
• Follow site security procedures and protocols
• Provide professional and courteous customer service

What We're Looking For

• Active WI Card Card
• Security experience preferred, but not required for all candidates
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug screening
• Must be reliable, alert, and able to work assigned shifts
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
