Luxury Residential Security Officer – DTLA | Full-Time Graveyard

$20–$21/hour | Wednesday–Sunday | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a full-time Graveyard Security Officer for a luxury residential property in Downtown Los Angeles.

This is a customer-focused security position where professionalism, communication, and situational awareness matter. Even overnight, residents and guests should feel welcomed, acknowledged, and well taken care of while you maintain strong security standards.

We’re looking for someone who stays engaged throughout the night, observant, approachable, dependable, and aware of what is happening around the property.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and acknowledge residents and guests
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence
• Monitor access control and activity throughout the property
• Conduct regular walking patrols
• Monitor CCTV and security systems
• Assist residents, guests, vendors, and property staff
• Respond appropriately to incidents and unusual activity
• Complete clear and accurate daily activity reports
• Communicate important issues and follow-up items to management

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Guard Card required
• Previous security experience preferred
• Luxury residential, high-rise, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable using computers, email, reports, and security systems
• Reliable and comfortable working a consistent graveyard schedule

Schedule & Pay

Wednesday–Sunday11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week $20.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
