Customer Service HOA Security Officer – Culver City | Swing
$19.75 /hour | Tuesday-Saturday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer for an HOA property in Culver City.
This is a customer-facing security position where professionalism, communication, and attention to detail matter. We’re looking for someone who understands that working security at a customer service HOA property means more than watching a door — residents and guests should feel welcomed, acknowledged, and well taken care of while you maintain strong security standards.
The right person will be visible, approachable, observant, and engaged throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and acknowledge residents and guests
- Maintain a professional and welcoming security presence
- Monitor access control and activity throughout the property
- Conduct regular patrols
- Monitor CCTV and security systems
- Assist residents, guests, vendors, and property staff
- Respond appropriately to incidents and unusual activity
- Complete clear and accurate daily activity reports
- Communicate important issues and follow-up items to management
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Guard Card required
- Security experience preferred
- Luxury residential, high-rise, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable using computers, email, reports, and security systems
- Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working overnight
