Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, professional leader with strong customer service, communication, and security skills who can help support branch operations and our security teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain an Alabama Armed Guard Card
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience required
• Reliable transportation and active cellphone
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Branch Manager with daily branch operations
• Support, coach, and communicate with security officers and clients
• Help ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and post coverage
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and security patrols as needed
• Respond to client and officer concerns professionally and promptly
• Review reports, documentation, and incidents for accuracy
• Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and operational follow-up
• Help maintain IPSC standards for Commitment, Excellence, Integrity, Responsiveness, and Service

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently while supporting a team. Strong conflict-resolution and decision-making skills are essential.
