Are you an experienced security professional ready to take the next step into leadership?

We are looking for a dependable, professional, and motivated Field Training Officer (FTO) to help support our security teams and client locations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, helping officers succeed, and delivering excellent service to our clients.

As an FTO, no two nights are exactly the same. You'll work across multiple client locations, support officers in the field, respond to incidents, provide training and guidance, and help ensure our teams are meeting company and client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead by Example: Set the standard for professionalism, reliability, appearance, communication, and performance in the field.
• Support & Train Officers: Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and guidance to help officers understand their responsibilities and succeed at their assigned posts.
• Deliver Excellent Client Service: Help ensure our clients receive professional, dependable security services and that concerns are handled promptly.
• Conduct Field & Site Visits: Visit multiple client locations to check officer performance, site conditions, and compliance with post orders and company procedures.
• Respond to Incidents: Assist with incidents and urgent situations across assigned client locations while ensuring proper notifications, documentation, and follow-up are completed.
• Observation & Reporting: Identify security concerns, document activity accurately, and ensure reports contain the details needed by management and our clients.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure company policies, client procedures, post orders, and security standards are being followed consistently.
• Provide Leadership & Accountability: Address performance concerns when necessary, provide corrective coaching, and assist management with progressive disciplinary procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident working independently while also being capable of leading and supporting others.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous security supervisory experience such as Lead Officer, Shift Lead, Field Supervisor, FTO, or similar leadership position
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Excellent observation and report-writing abilities
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during incidents
• Dependable attendance and professional appearance
• Ability to travel between multiple client locations during the shift
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully complete the company's screening and hiring process
• Military or law-enforcement experience is a plus
