Customer-Focused Security Officer – Luxury High-Rise | Swing Shift
Downtown Los Angeles – Bunker Hill | Full-Time | $19–$20/hr
Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a friendly, professional Security Officer for a luxury residential high-rise in the Bunker Hill / Downtown Los Angeles area (90012).
This is a great fit for someone who understands that great security starts with great customer service. You’ll be working with residents, guests, vendors, and property management while maintaining a sharp, visible security presence.
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, observant, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with people throughout the shift.
Schedule
Thursday–Monday4:00 PM–12:00 AMFull-Time – 40 Hours
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests
- Maintain access control and monitor building activity
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols
- Assist residents, visitors, vendors, and property management
- Monitor CCTV and report unusual activity
- Respond professionally to incidents and security concerns
- Complete clear and accurate daily activity reports
- Maintain a visible, helpful security presence
Requirements
- Active California Guard Card – Required
- Security experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable working in a luxury residential environment
- Reliable and able to work the full Thursday–Monday schedule
