Job Summary: The Security Officer will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of resident and authorized visitors. The following is essential functions of the role.

Essential Functions:

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Prevents loss and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Requires extensive exterior patrols to assigned areas.
