Job Description

Allstate Security is seeking a dependable Flex Security Officer to provide coverage for client locations in the Canoga Park area. Officers must be available to fill open shifts, support multiple assignments, and adapt to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting routine patrols
• Monitoring entrances and exits
• Maintaining a visible security presence
• Reporting incidents and suspicious activity
• Completing Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Enforcing client policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service
• Supporting additional nearby locations when needed

• Canoga Park
• 6600 Topanga Canyon Blvd.

Requirements

• Active BSIS Guard Card
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable using mobile reporting applications
• Previous security experience preferred
