Position: Part-Time Security Officer

Location: Commercial Building – Washington, DC

Pay Rate: $23.29 per hour

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Employment Type: Part-Time

We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Officer for a commercial building located in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring the property, and providing professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas of the commercial building.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security concerns.
• Control access to the property as required.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports accurately.

Requirements:

• Must have an active DC Security Officer license/guard card.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be able to work overnight hours.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
