$22.00-$24.00/hour

Role:

The Site Supervisor oversees daily security operations at an assigned client site, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets. This role supervises security officers, supports staffing and onboarding, enforces company and client policies, responds to incidents, and serves as a primary contact for client and management communication.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Florida D Security Officer License required
• Valid G Security Officer License preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards
• Ability to complete armed training and maintain required firearm credentials.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years of verifiable Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience, preferred.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Security Operations, Patrol & Compliance:

• Conduct patrols, monitor access points, verify credentials, and respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents according to post orders and company procedures.
• Lock/unlock doors, operate security systems, monitor surveillance equipment, and enforce SEI and client policies including smoking, loitering, parking, and site conduct rules.
• Maintain accurate logs, activity reports, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, clients, and management.
• Supervise and support security officers, including applicant interviews, onboarding, site-specific orientation, ongoing training, performance development, and maintaining professional uniform and customer service standards.
• Manage schedules, assist with shift coverage, address call-offs and PTO gaps, and escalate staffing or operational concerns to management as needed.
• Serve as the consistent point of contact for local client representatives and report to the Project Manager, including required weekly meetings by Teams or phone.
• Prepare and submit disciplinary action to the Project Manager for approval prior to issuance.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Qualified candidates should be able to work effectively in fast-paced or stressful environments
• Remain calm in critical situations
• Communicate clearly in written, electronic, and verbal formats
• Manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, stay organized, and use technology such as tablets or smartphones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory and customer service experience.
• Truck gate, industrial security, or CCTV experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Physical Requirements With or without reasonable accommodation:

• Must be able to stand or sit for at least one hour without a break
• Walk ½ mile without stopping
• Work outdoors in extreme hot or cold weather for up to one hour without shelter.
