Security Dispatcher / Floater

We are hiring a flexible Security Dispatcher / Floater to join our team. This role covers open dispatch shifts and supports various field sites when regular staff call out.

Pay and Benefits

• Base Rate: Starts at $19.00 per hour for all dispatch shifts.
• Site Rate: Varies based on the specific security site you pick up for non-dispatch hours.

Available Dispatch Shifts

You will primarily fill in during these windows:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Key Requirements

• Flexibility: Must be available to work on short notice to cover call-outs.
• Tech Skills: Being computer inclined is a major plus.
• Software: Experience with WinTeam software is highly preferred.
