  • Schedule: 0700-1500, Monday through Friday,(40 HOURS)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years High Rise Security Experience required
  • Uniform: Class A Office Building (Suit and Tie required)
  • Pay Range: $24.00-$26.00

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of approximately 4-8 guards for one site, and assisting management in ensuring compliance with company standards and post orders.

  • Contact Corporate Command Center (COC) at start of shift regarding any open positions or any officers not clocked in at an assigned post.
  • Follow up with clients regarding site problems – guard attendance issues, additional coverage, misconduct, etc. 
  • Respond to critical incidents such as terror attacks, active shooter, fires, earthquakes, tornadoes or other severe weather, officers involved in traffic accidents, significant injuries on job site, officer misconduct, etc.
  • During shift, review all Traktik reports filed, taking note of officers needing additional instruction to improve report writing or reports needed additional information to make a report complete
  • Ensure all officers are in proper uniform, meet grooming standards, and possess a valid state issued security commission card
  • Review officers’ knowledge of post orders and general company policies and procedures, including touring site with officer for specific points of patrol
  • Conduct training for officers as needed due to deficiencies or generalized instructions.
  • Ensure cleanliness of officer post area.
  • Conduct site inspections for current post orders, updated and charged TrakTik phone with a charging system present, and presence and condition of any other required equipment
  • Inspect conditions of site vehicles (trucks, bicycles, golf carts) for damages, tire wear, mileage, fluid levels, DTC codes, presence of spare tire and jack, company decals with state license number.
  • Maintain contact with COC throughout shift.
  • Cover site as needed for call offs, officer leaving site, etc.
  • Assist with finding replacement officers to cover open post
  • Other duties as assigned by corporate or branch management, or Corporate Overwatch

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies to promote effective security operations for the protection of people, data, property and institutions
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the content and structure of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, agency rules, and company policies
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing files and records
  • Ability to teach or instruct others on the job

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Visual acuity to observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources
  • Reading comprehension to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
  • Perform general physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and/or moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, sitting or standing for long periods of time and handling of materials
  • Active listening ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times
  • Manual dexterity to enter information into small hand held technology
  • Social perceptiveness to be aware of others’ reactions, understand why they react as they do, and personally react appropriately
