We are seeking an experienced Assistant Security Operations Supervisor to help oversee daily physical protection, emergency dispatch, and incident response for our corporate infrastructure and facility networks. This role bridges the gap between frontline security personnel and high-level regional management to enforce strict risk mitigation.

Job Overview

The role supports the Security Operations Supervisor in coordinating proprietary and vendor-provided security personnel. The focus centers on maintaining unbroken continuity, site asset protection, and safety compliance across extensive corporate facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Personnel Supervision: Oversee daily shift deployments, monitor guard performance, and assist in coaching vendor security forces.
• Incident Response: Lead initial responses to alarms, facility breaches, and medical situations, ensuring proper mitigation steps.
• Operational Control: Manage local facility communication centers, gate entry systems, and asset tracking protocols.
• Reporting & Auditing: Compile comprehensive shift logs, draft incident documentation, and back up internal safety compliance audits.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate closely with our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to flag emerging regional threats.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years in corporate campus protection, military, or law enforcement supervision.
• Emergency Systems: Proficiency with access control software, CCTV matrices, and critical incident command frameworks.
• Leadership: Proven ability to guide diverse, outsourced security teams under high-stress conditions.
• Communication: Strong writing and verbal skills to accurately relay emergency updates to site leadership.
