Job description 

Prosegur is looking for an Account Manager to lead physical security operations for our client’s Data Center. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a robust security posture across multiple facilities.  

The role involves

  • Security Operations Management: Oversee on-site guard force effectiveness, with ensuring all personnel meet contractual KPIs 
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to the client’s Data Center security standards  
  • Client Management: Act as the primary Prosegur-Client liaison, ensuring smooth communication, including leading a monthly KPI review with client leadership. 
  • Project Management: Deliver security projects on time, providing regular updates to the client and addressing any security deficiencies. 

Qualifications:  

  • 2+ years in Security Leadership. 
  • Experience with corporate or data center security. 
  • Track record in business continuity and operational security. 
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems 
  • Expertise in analyzing security metrics. 
  • Experience in crisis management and strategic planning. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams. 
  • Proven project management skills. 
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent staffing needs.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building experience  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Demonstrated proficiency with programs like the Microsoft Ecosystem, and WinTeam.

Required Skills  

  • Strong leadership and accountability mindset in managing large-scale security operations.  
  • Skilled in quantitative analysis and budget management   
  • Incident response management skills, including real-time monitoring and intervention strategies.  
  • Ability to train and mentor security personnel, ensuring high professionalism and service quality.
