Unarmed Security Officer – Industrial Facility

Location: Transfer, PA

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Thursday/Friday 3:00pm-11:00PM and Saturday/Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm

We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer for an industrial facility in the Transfer, PA area. This position is responsible for maintaining site safety, monitoring activity, and providing a consistent security presence. Security experience is preferred, and reliability is essential due to the fixed schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure facility access points
• Conduct routine patrols of the property
• Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns
• Complete accurate logs, reports, and shift documentation
• Follow all post orders, site procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with employees, visitors, and supervisors
• Respond appropriately to incidents and notify management as required

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Previous security experience preferred (industrial experience is a plus)
• Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong attendance record
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional demeanor
