 Unarmed Security Officers – Luxury Retail

Security Officers are needed to support the growing demand for high-end luxury boutiques in Beverly Hills, CA, and surrounding areas.

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and location.

Due to expanding contracts and new business awards, we are seeking experienced Security Officers for several full-time positions. Overtime opportunities are available, especially during the upcoming holiday season.

We are looking for committed, responsible, and reliable professionals who can maintain exceptional customer service, professional conduct, and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Observe, report, and protect all assigned areas of the property.
• Report unusual incidents and security concerns to management.
• Maintain a visible security presence while interacting professionally with customers and staff to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid California Guard Card required.
• Availability to work daytime, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum one (1) year of luxury or high-end retail security experience.
