Schedule 1: Sunday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM - 9 PM, Wednesday 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Schedule 2: Sunday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Wednesday 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Pay: $21.25 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Luxury Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations on The Domain Northside and surrounding areas. This role combines a strong security presence with concierge-level customer service to ensure a safe, welcoming, and refined shopping experience.  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence
• Stand for extended periods
• Deliver concierge-style customer service while ensuring safety and loss prevention
• Monitor store activity to deter theft and security risks
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Enforce client policies and procedures
• Complete accurate incident and activity reports
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
• Standing Post (Ability to stand for extended periods)

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of luxury/high-end retail security experience
• Must possess a valid non-commission registration/permit/ guard license required by the state of Texas
• May require a current state driver’s license
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
