Position Summary 

We are seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer to staff a downtown parking booth position. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and property assets through visible patrols, access control, and prompt response to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the building, including visitor and contractor sign-in procedures
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to deter and detect security concerns
• Observe, report, and document suspicious activity, safety hazards, and incidents
• Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and tenant requests
• Enforce building rules, security procedures, and post orders in a professional manner
• Provide customer service to tenants and visitors while maintaining a security presence
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports
• Coordinate with property management, emergency services, and on-site staff as needed
