Schedule:

• Shift 1: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Shift 2: 01:45 PM – 10:00 PM
• Days: Monday – Sunday (7 days/week coverage)

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview:

Allstate Security Services is hiring professional Security Officers for a private gated residential community in Fallbrook, CA. This position blends access control, customer service, and vehicle patrol operations with a strong emphasis on professionalism and resident interaction.

Officers will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, while maintaining a visible deterrent presence and ensuring the safety and security of the community.

Primary Responsibilities:

Access Control (Gate Officer Duties):

• Staff the main entrance gate during assigned shifts
• Verify and log all residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries
• Issue visitor passes and provide directions
• Monitor CCTV and access systems at entry points
• Document denied entries and suspicious activity

Vehicle Patrol Operations:

• Conduct patrols of:
• • Interior roads and cul-de-sacs
  • Community center and clubhouse
  • Perimeter fencing and access points
• Perform scheduled patrols:
• • Continuous patrol coverage during morning shift
  • Patrols every 2 hours during afternoon/evening shift
• Identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, or damage
• Utilize company patrol vehicle and communication systems

Inspection & Security Checks:

• Conduct routine inspections of:
• • Clubhouse / Community Center
  • Tennis Courts
  • Horse Stables
  • RV Storage Lot
  • Back Gate access point
• Ensure all gates, doors, and restricted areas are secure
• Document findings with reports and photos when necessary

Emergency Response:

• Respond to:
• • Medical incidents
  • Disturbances or suspicious persons
  • Property damage or break-ins
• Contact emergency services (911) when required
• Secure scenes and assist first responders
• Complete detailed incident reports

Package Handling & Logging:

• Accept and log deliveries per HOA policy
• Secure packages in designated areas
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup logs
• Follow confidentiality procedures

Reporting & Documentation:

• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
• Maintain visitor logs, patrol logs, and inspection reports
• Submit reports at the end of each shift
• Utilize digital reporting systems such as Lighthouse
