SECURITY OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:

Must have an valid / active Level II or higher

  • Preferred age range: 30-35 years old
  • Prior military experience preferred
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality required
  • Communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing 

Hours/Schedule will be determined at interview.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control access to the pool area
  • Verify resident and guest authorization for entry
  • Enforce all HOA community and pool rules
  • Prevent unauthorized access and address trespassing
  • Provide a visible security presence to deter disturbances
  • Respond to incidents and report all activity accurately
  • Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports

Communicate effectively with HOA management and residents

Commissioned Security Officer
Non-commissioned Security Officer
