Northeast Security is looking for a fast paced recruiter with extensive knowledge of the physical security industry to join out team!

Salary: Base: 65,000 with uncapped bonus'

Security Account management experience is highly preferred

Requirements:

  • Sourcing using our ATS platform to identify top talent.
  • Prescreening and interviewing candidates to identify their skills, qualifications, fit for sites, and potential for growth.
  • High volume recruiting with quarterly goals and metrics.
  • Lead the full Cycle recruitment process for every candidate to hire.
  • Build relationships with Account Managers and assist with setting up interviews.
  • Call Center or prior high volume recruiting experience.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with account managers and HR about candidates and hires.
  • Meet Quarterly Metrics requirements.
  • Self Motivated candidate Sourcing.
  • Additional team and admin support as needed.
  • Must be willing to commute to the office every day (Westwood, MA) with flexibility to commute to sites for certain account start ups/projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education level
  • Experience in high volume call center, recruiting, and/or equivalent
  • Interviewing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
  • Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality
  • Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365)
