Position Overview
Allstate Security is seeking reliable Unarmed Security Officers for retail location in Silver Lake. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing a visible security presence in a high-traffic location. Officers will monitor site activity, deter unwanted behavior, and support daily operations through observation and reporting.
Officers are expected to maintain professionalism at all times, communicate effectively, and respond to incidents in a calm and controlled manner. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and reporting suspicious or unsafe activity to management.
This role requires strong customer service skills, situational awareness, and the ability to follow site-specific instructions while ensuring safety for staff, customers, and property. Officers must be dependable, attentive, and capable of maintaining consistent security coverage throughout their assigned shift.
