As we expand our presence in the Data Center sector, we are seeking a senior leader to build, scale, and lead this strategic vertical globally, with an initial focus on North America. The VP, Data Center Security will serve as Prosegur’s global subject matter expert and commercial leader for the Data Center vertical. This role combines deep domain expertise in data center operations and security with business growth responsibility, driving both solution development and client acquisition across hyperscale and colocation providers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build and execute Prosegur’s global Data Center security strategy with a focus on North America. 
• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and expansion within hyperscale and colocation markets. 
• Serve as an executive advisor to key clients and support complex RFPs and solution design. 
• Develop security frameworks tailored to data center environments (layered security, uptime requirements). 
• Standardize operating procedures and service delivery models across regions. 
• Lead adoption of advanced technologies (VMS, access control, AI analytics). 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, SOC, TIA-942). 
• Build and develop high-performing teams and subject matter experts. 

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) 

• Establish global Data Center vertical strategy. 
• Win and support key enterprise or hyperscale engagements. 
• Launch standardized frameworks for data center security. 
• Build internal and external credibility as SME. 

Requirements: 

• 15+ years of experience in security with data center or critical infrastructure focus. 
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation providers. 
• Strong understanding of uptime-driven environments and physical security design. 
• Experience supporting or driving business development. 
• Ability to travel 30–50%.
