The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the dispatch function for a security company, ensuring efficient coordination of field personnel, timely response to incidents, accurate communication with clients and security staff, and proper documentation of all dispatch-related activity. This role supervises dispatchers and supports field operations by managing call flow, assigning personnel, tracking service status, and responding to urgent coverage or operational issues.
The Dispatch Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining service continuity, schedule accuracy, emergency responsiveness, and communication between clients, field personnel, supervisors, and management. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, customer-service oriented, and experienced in security operations or dispatch management.
