Full-Time / Part-Time Luxury Retail Security Officer (High End)

Location: Chicago, IL – Downtown

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS OF PRIOR LUXURY RETAIL EXPERIENCE
• Ownership of a black suit (strong plus)
• Active Illinois PERC Guard Card
• Current 20-Hour Unarmed Security Training Certificate
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and observation skills

Position Overview:We are seeking professional, polished, and customer-focused.

Security Officers to support a high-end luxury retail environment in downtown Chicago. The ideal candidate will have prior luxury retail security experience, strong situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a discreet yet authoritative presence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security protocols
• Monitor store activity to deter theft and suspicious behavior
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
• Collaborate with store management and team members
