As an Austin Domain Security Officer, you play an important role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. You support daily security operations and help protect people, property, and assets during your shift. You stay alert, act with care, and respond quickly when needed.

• Monitor the property through regular patrols, both on foot and by vehicle, to ensure safety and prevent incidents
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations in a timely manner
• Provide a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Control access points by verifying identification and managing visitor entry procedures
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents while following company protocols
• Write clear and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
• Assist customers, tenants, and visitors with directions and general support in a polite manner
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required
• Enforce property rules and regulations in a calm and professional way
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team members throughout the shift

SCHEDULE:

Saturday and Sunday 4pm-11pm

Wednesday 8pm-1am

Thursday 8pm-6am

Friday 8pm-7am
