This position is designated for mobile detective teams and necessitates that personnel remain on their feet while on duty.Elite Investigations is seeking EXPERIENCED Store Asset Protection Detective - Loss Prevention Agent(s) candidates for immediate hire if all qualifications are met.Candidates must have 3-5 years MINIMUM EXPERIENCE.As a regional store detective, you will be held to high standards as a servant of our surrounding communities. You must possess exceptional skills in apprehension, asset protection, and loss prevention. Additionally, you should be able to handle crisis situations at client sites calmly, effectively, and efficiently.In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and completing daily reports. As a valuable team member, you will be expected to maintain a strong presence when assigned to our sites. Some other duties include but are not limited to:Conduct plainclothes surveillance in assigned retail stores.

Detect, observe, and apprehend individuals involved in theft or fraudulent activity.

Prepare accurate reports and maintain confidentiality of all investigations.

Support store management and law enforcement with case documentation and evidence.

Travel weekly to various retail locations within the assigned region.

Promote a strong culture of honesty, safety, and loss prevention awareness.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid FL Security “D” License or willing to obtain (required).
• Must possess a valid Driver License
• Strong knowledge of loss prevention procedures and protocols 
• Must be willing to work Weekends & afternoon shifts.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to complete apprehension report paperwork consistently and accurately if necessary.
• Highly experienced Store Detective (5+ years at retailers).
• Must have strong communication skills, decision-making, professionalism, and maturity.
• Must use personal vehicle to travel to various locations within the assigned region.
• Must be able to travel throughout the metro area at their own expense and possess reliable transportation.

Schedule: Fri - Tues 12pm to 8pm (may change according to needs)

Compensation: $28 to $30/hr (depending on exp)
