Dunbar Security Solutions is looking for someone to take the lead at a data center site in Silver Spring. This is a hands-on supervisor role where you will be working alongside the team while also keeping things on track day to day.The site runs on consistency, so a big part of the job is making sure officers know what’s expected and that routines are followed. You will be the point of contact on shift, helping sort out issues, answering questions, and stepping in when something needs attention.

Key Role:

• Oversee officers on shift and help keep daily operations running smoothly• Step in to assist with routine duties or situations that come up on site• Make sure access control procedures are being followed as required• Keep an eye on cameras, alarms, and other systems throughout the shift• Walk the site at intervals to check for anything out of place• Respond to incidents and help coordinate next steps when needed• Show newer officers how things are done and reinforce site expectations• Keep reports, logs, and incident notes clear and up to date• Pass along important updates to management or client contacts• Help adjust schedules or fill gaps when coverage is short

Required Qualification:

• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory security role is helpful• Ability to communicate clearly and guide others without overcomplicating things• Comfortable making decisions while staying calm under pressure• Experience in secure or controlled environments is a plus• Basic computer use for reports and monitoring systems• Reliable attendance and attention to detail
