Now Hiring: Experienced Security Officer High-Profile High-Rise Office Building Accounts

We are currently seeking a seasoned, dependable Security Officer to join our team on two high-profile high-rise office building accounts. This position requires a polished, professional presence, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during assigned shifts.

This is a 31-hour per week position with a consistent schedule.

Schedule & Post Assignments

• Site One: Overnight lobby post (high-visibility, customer-facing) at a high-rise office building
• Site Two: High-rise office building with:
• • Overnight lobby post
  • Morning exterior parking garage shift focused on patrol and access control

The officer will rotate between these posts as assigned.

As the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors, you will represent both our company and our clients with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
• Monitor and control access to both the lobby and garage areas
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols throughout the property
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or service needs
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports using reporting software

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional security experience, preferably in a commercial or high-rise environment
• MUST live within 20 miles of site - 77079
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor - NO NECK, FACE OR BELOW THE WRIST TATTOS
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
