This is an entry level position.

The Security Operations Assistant plays a key role in the overall success of the Security Operations Department. This position supports both administrative and field functions, including scheduling officers, conducting site visits, assisting with coverage needs, creating and updating post orders, and completing various operational tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional in communication, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Help Operations manage officer schedules for multiple security sites.
  • Coordinate shift coverage, call-offs, and schedule changes in real time.
  • Communicate effectively with officers and site supervisors regarding assignments, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure officers are performing duties as expected.
  • Complete site evaluations, provide feedback to leadership, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Fill in at security posts when needed to support operations or cover vacancies.
  • Assist with daily office operations, including documentation, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
  • Maintain accurate files for schedules, post orders, employee information, and site requirements.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service to clients and staff.
  • Create, update, and maintain site post orders ensuring clear and accurate instructions for officers.
  • Assist with onboarding and training processes when needed.
  • Support management with special tasks, projects, and operational initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Non-commissioned Security Officer
Active Texas Driver's License
