International Guard Services (IGS) is currently hiring Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officers for a medical clinic facility in North Houston. This position is ideal for officers who take pride in professional security, strong customer service, and maintaining a safe healthcare environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Security Officers will serve as a visible safety presence while assisting clinic personnel, monitoring facility access, and conducting patrols to help maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

We are seeking officers who are reliable, professional, alert, and committed to protecting people and property.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Level II Texas Security Guard Card (Required)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned clinic site
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in medical or emergency situations
• Officers who demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and strong observation skills

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

• Provide a visible security presence at the clinic entrance and common areas
• Control access to the facility for patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• Assist clinic personnel and visitors with directions or general assistance
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the clinic property
• Monitor facility activity and report suspicious behavior or safety concerns
• Respond to incidents or disturbances in a calm and professional manner
• Help maintain order in waiting areas and public spaces
• Observe and report safety hazards or irregularities
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems when applicable
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation
• Communicate effectively with clinic staff, supervisors, and management
