Position Overview

Allstate Security is seeking dependable and professional FLEX Officers to support multiple sites throughout the Oceanside. This position requires flexibility and the ability to cover varying shifts and locations based on operational needs. Officers must be adaptable, reliable, and prepared to respond to scheduling requests on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned property
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Provide a visible deterrent and respond promptly to incidents or disturbances
• Write detailed and accurate incident/activity reports
• Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures
• Assist clients, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and emergency services when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL GROOMED
• MUST HAVE IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
• MUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
• MULTILINGUAL A PLUS
