GSG Protective Services is seeking a highly qualified EMT or Paramedic to support a private residential assignment. This role combines medical response and safety support within a secure environment. Candidates with prior military, law enforcement, or emergency response experience are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, post orders, and company policies  
• Respond to medical incidents and provide appropriate care within scope of certification 
• Coordinate and escalate medical emergencies to appropriate licensed medical providers or emergency services as needed  
• Maintain situational awareness and report suspicious or unusual activity  
• Support a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors  
• Provide transportation support for medical-related needs when required  
• Collaborate professionally with team members and client personnel  
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance  
• Follow all assigned post orders and operational procedures  
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on site needs  

 Minimum Qualifications 

• Active EMT or Paramedic certification (state-compliant)  
• Valid Driver’s License  
• Must be authorized to work in the United States  
• Ability to pass background screening, if required

• Ability to understand, retain, and communicate instructions effectively  
• Ability to read and interpret policies, reports, and written materials  
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills  
• Ability to operate in both routine and emergency environments  
• Ability to safely enter and exit vehicles throughout a shift  
• Ability to use communication devices, write reports, and complete documentation  
• Ability to stand, walk, or remain on duty for extended periods
