Site Supervisor – SecurityLocation: Hillsboro Beach, FloridaPay Rate: $22/hour (Weekly Pay)

Sunstates Security is seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations in the Hillsboro Beach, Florida area. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team while ensuring the safety and security of the site.

This position offers various shifts, including weekends, and is based at an upscale condominium where consistent and vigilant coverage is essential across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with post orders, policies, and procedures
• Conduct routine site inspections and maintain detailed reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and management
• Manage incident response, investigations, and documentation
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and site coverage
• Train and onboard new officers on site-specific duties
• Monitor access control, visitor management, and daily activity logs
• Address performance concerns and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of security supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Valid Florida Security License (Class D License required; Class G preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff professionally
• Basic computer proficiency and incident reporting experience
• Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols as required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
