Security Officer

Location: Asheboro, NC

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour   

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm    

Employment Type: Full-Time   

Position Overview   

We are accepting applications for an Unarmed Security Officer position supporting security operations at a facility in Asheboro, NC. This role focuses on maintaining site safety, controlling access, and ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the property.   

Key Responsibilities   

• Control access at designated entry and exit points
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for personnel and vehicles
• Monitor and document activity at access control gates
• Conduct routine patrols as assigned
• Enforce site rules and security procedures
• Report incidents, safety concerns, or suspicious activity accurately and promptly
• Maintain a professional and customer-service-focused presence at all times

Qualifications   

• Prior security experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Dependable attendance and professional conduct required

• Indoor and outdoor duties may apply
• Standing, walking, and monitoring required
• Site-specific training will be provided as needed
