As an unarmed Security Officer at DK Security, your duties may vary depending on the site you are working. This posting is for openings at the Acrisure Amphitheater. We are primarily posted in a security officer with multiple officers on duty at a time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to

• Camera Monitoring - Monitor CCTV for safety and security concerns throughout the facility.
• Patrolling - Walk the interior and exterior of the building, keeping an eye out for security, safety, or maintenance issues.
• Customer Service - We interact with co-workers, client employees, various businesses/vendors from other industries, celebrities, law enforcement, guests, and the general public.
• Event Support - Assist in facilitating event security staff for the various shows, concerts, hockey games, etc.

CURRENT OPENINGS:

• 1st Shift: 7am to 3pm 
• 2nd Shift: 3PM - 11PM
• 3rd Shift: 11PM - 7AM
• Depending on your availability we can offer either a Part-Time (16-29 hours / week) or ACA Full-Time (30-39 hours / week) employment.

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (pay rate set by current contract; subject to future increases)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• May NOT have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
• Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
• Must be willing to become CPR/1^st Aide/AED Certified
• Physical Requirements:
• • Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
