Securemedy is currently hiring Security Officers to support a private security program in the Atlanta, GA area

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• A strong command presence
• Excellent observational and reporting skills
• Professional communication abilities
• Integrity and reliability under pressure

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Monitor and control facility access points
• Screen visitors using:
• • Handheld magnetometers
  • Walk-through metal detectors
  • X-ray screening equipment
• Observe and report safety or security concerns
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports
• Provide professional customer service to visitors and staff

Note: Prolonged sitting and standing may be required.

Minimum Requirements

• MUST be 21 years of age
• Current GA Armed Security License
• • 24 hours classroom instruction
  • 16 hours of weapons training
• Minimum 1-3 Years experience based on position
• Handcuff Certification
• Baton Certification
• OC/Spray Certification
• FA/CPR/AED Certification
• Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Criminal history check
• CPR/SFA
• Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred

• Fingerprinting
